Acres of Diamonds Resource Group (“Acres of Diamonds,” “AOD,” “we,” “us”) runs curated Roundtables and related programs. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or join a Roundtable, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you fill out a form, register for a Roundtable, or book a call, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, title, industry, who you would like to meet, and any notes you add. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To register you for Roundtables and send confirmations, calendar invites, and reminders.
- To place you in rooms with people you should know, and to follow up after a session.
- To invite you to events and share updates you asked for.
- To run, secure, and improve our website and services.
Text messages
If you choose to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in information is never shared with anyone outside the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our customer relationship management, email, text messaging, scheduling, and hosting providers. They may use it only to provide services to us. Within a Roundtable, we may share your name, business, and what you do with other attendees so people can connect. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Email: unsubscribe from any email using the link in it.
- Text: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Access or deletion: email us and we will update or delete your information, subject to what we are required to keep.
Retention and security
We keep your information while it is needed for the purposes above and take reasonable steps to protect it. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
