These terms apply when you use the Acres of Diamonds Resource Group (“AOD”) website, join a Roundtable, or use our related services. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Roundtables
Roundtables are curated video calls. Placement is at our discretion, and we may decline or remove anyone whose conduct does not fit the spirit of the room. Please be respectful, honest, and generous with other attendees. Introductions and conversations are not a guarantee of any business result.
Your information
You agree to give accurate information. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Text messaging
Text messages are optional and governed by our SMS Terms. You do not need to agree to receive texts to use the site or join a Roundtable.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or use attendee information for anything other than genuine, respectful connection.
Disclaimer and liability
Our services are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, AOD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from dealings with other attendees or partners.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
